Heron Data

Heron Data — AI document automation platform.

AI Document Automation Platform

Heron Data extracts structured intelligence from messy financial documents — bank statements, invoices, applications — at scale, powering document workflows across finance, insurance, and legal. Their buyers are credit and risk teams at banks and lenders. The site had to communicate technical precision without losing the warmth of a product team that cares.

Challenge

Enterprise sales runs on credibility. Every detail of the site — typography, motion, copy density, form UX — either reinforces ‘these people understand financial data’ or it doesn’t. The team also needed CMS-driven case studies, GDPR-compliant tracking, and a lead-capture flow that handed warm leads to the AE team in real time.

Approach

  1. (01)

Built a restrained, editorial-feeling Webflow site that lets technical content lead — long-form pages, dense product detail, no decoration where there shouldn’t be.

  2. (02)

Designed CMS collections for case studies, integrations, and resources, each with templated lead-capture variants the marketing team can A/B test — Finsweet Attributes powering the filtering.

  3. (03)

Integrated forms with the CRM and sales tooling so every demo request lands with full context attached — no manual hand-off.

  4. (04)

Swiper.js for mobile-first sliders, Google Tag Manager for retargeting analytics, and full mobile + GDPR compliance throughout.

Outcome

A site that closes meetings before sales calls happen. Marketing ships case studies and integrations directly. The lead-capture flow has stayed in production unchanged through multiple product launches.
